Business Friction Snapshot

The Business Friction Snapshot is designed to help business owners identify areas that feel dependable, inconsistent, or worth further attention.

When you complete the Snapshot, we collect the responses you choose to provide. These may include ratings and comments concerning areas such as business processes, information organization, administrative work, onboarding, accounts and permissions, vendors and applications, system reliability, and technology ownership.

Snapshot information may be used to:

  • Help you understand the current state of your business technology
  • Identify topics that may deserve further discussion

  • Improve the usefulness of the Snapshot and related services

Snapshot responses may be stored in a private Productive IT Partners workspace using Notion , a third-party technology provider we use for business organization and information management.

Submitting a Snapshot does not obligate you to purchase services or enter into a business relationship with Productive IT Partners.
